Boss PDX – Our Story
Portland, Oregon construction and home renovation professionals for over 17 years! Boss PDX staff members have been working throughout the west coast on all sorts of construction jobs since 2003. Sean Walsh, our Founder, started in construction when he graduated high school. Throughout the years, has has gotten extensive experience in all aspects of the home building process, including gut renovations, new construction, and landscaping. Sean prides himself on his attention to detail and making sure the client is satisfied.
In 2020, Sean was overwhelmed with requests from clients to come and work on their homes. Up until this point, he had always worked under another General Contractor. So, he saw this as the perfect time to take the next step in his career. Boss PDX employs a wide range of craftsmen and regularly uses subcontractors with a history of proven work performance and excellence. Sean looks forward to helping clients create the perfect home.

President
Started remodeling and building houses in 2003 and never looked back. Running small to large projects and keeping constant communication with our customers is what keeps our clients returning.

Lucas Sommer
CEO
Focusing on marketing and operations. Combining his experience in home renovation, vineyard maintenance, landscaping and other construction fields with his love of marketing, Lucas keeps the phones ringing and the wheels turning at Boss PDX.

Justin Goodrich
Superintendent
Started his passion for construction at 15 years old doing missionary work building homes in Mexico. He has been building and renovating many different structures for almost 20 years.

Mike Primozich
Foreman
After high school, he built a two-story boathouse with his older brother in Brandereth Lake, NY. Sean is responsible for reintroducing him to framing in 2015, and he has not looked back for any new custom residential or commercial projects.

Caitlin Heitz
Admin
Helping with all admin and design tasks, Caitlin will assist in bringing your dream home to life. Whether it’s sourcing materials or picking a paint color, Caitlin is happy to be a part of a successful Boss PDX project.

Project Manager
Focusing on operations to establish workflows for the team, Matt will be your point of contact from the Boss PDX team. Between juggling multiple projects and client details, Matt will provide the best experience with planning your project.

Chase Bradley- West
Lead Engineer
Born and raised in Vancouver Washington and received his bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Portland State. Chase is developing a mobile application for Boss PDX and manages all things IT, Software and Engineering related. Favorite Tool: Computer
