Yes, our staff is licensed through the state of Oregon to work in General Contracting (CCB #232383). By working with licensed professionals you can rest assured that your work will meet your satisfaction.

We have worked on a variety of projects over the past 17 years. From entire gut renovations of residential homes, to building commercial properties, to landscaping projects, our scope of work is extensive and diverse. If you are curious to see if we can meet your needs, please contact us.

We are pleased to offer competitive pricing for our services. Many of our customers are surprised to find our quotes are well within their budget. Of course, the type of materials and the level of detail in your project can make the price vary greatly. However, we have worked with a wide variety of budgets.

Currently we serve the Portland, Oregon metro area as well as portions of the Oregon Coast. The main cities that we work in are Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Tigard, Sherwood, Newberg, McMinnville and Lincoln City. Yes, we offer in-home consultations. Our professionals will visit your home, assess the scope of work, and complete a written report that details the work needed. 

We do offer handyman services on a case by case basis. Priority is given to clients that have used our remodeling services in the past.

Yes, we work with your local planning department to secure the proper permits needed to complete the job to ensure that all work is done to code.

Yes, we have renovated homes on the Oregon Coast in the past in towns like Lincoln City. We are pleased to offer our services to your primary or secondary home on the coast. 

Yes, we assist homeowners with the landscaping needs related to their renovation project. Whether you need tree removal services, a newly sodded yard, or general cleanup, we can include these services in your renovation plans.

Typically, it takes a few weeks to get you on our schedule. However, before getting started we will have to do the following:

• Sign a contract
• Down payment (typically 50%)

Once this is done, we will add you to the schedule to begin work.

Firstly, it’s important to have everything chosen out before you even start (knowing the smallest thing like paint colors and faucets are key!).

Secondly, we have great relationships with subcontractors and can have them out quickly to assess anything that is outside our scope of work.

Finally, we find out your needs, as the homeowner, and determine if your expectations are realistic with your ideal project timeline.
