What kind of projects has Boss PDX completed?
We're a licensed Oregon general contractor (CCB #232383), six years in business since 2020, working the Portland metro and coast with 41 named trade partners under fixed written scopes. Below are real projects we've built, described the way we build them: what came out, what went in, what changed.
- Stephan M. — Added a full bathroom to an existing garage. Scope covered framing, plumbing rough-in, insulation, drywall, texture, paint, and flooring.
- Kate R. — Converted unused space into a working art studio. Scope covered framing, plumbing, and heating to make the space livable year-round.
- Owen H. — Added a bathroom to a basement and converted the space into livable square footage.
- Kristen M. — Complete kitchen demolition and remodel, down to the studs and rebuilt.
What other projects have we built?
- Bryan L. — Full remodel
- Jeremiah L. — ADU construction
- Chad F. — ADU construction
- Kody G. — Concrete work
- Chris M. — Sewer line work
- Matt B. — Full remodel
- James V. — Concrete work
Why do these projects look different from a typical remodel?
Every job on this list started with a written scope before any demo happened. We don't estimate off a walkthrough and a handshake — we write down every line item, every material, every fixture, and every phase, and the customer signs off on that document before we touch anything. That's why a garage-to-bathroom conversion and a full kitchen gut both show up here with the same level of clarity: the scope told us exactly what "done" looked like going in.
How do we handle jobs that touch plumbing, framing, and finish work in the same project?
Most of the projects above aren't single-trade jobs. Stephan's garage bathroom needed plumbing, framing, insulation, drywall, texture, paint, and flooring in sequence. Kate's studio conversion needed plumbing and heating routed through existing framing. We run these with our own crews and our network of 41 named trade partners, sequenced so nothing sits idle waiting on the next trade.
A fixed scope means no surprise change orders mid-project — what's written is what gets built.
What should you expect if you're starting a project with us?
Call 844-BOSS-PDX or use the form below. We respond the same day, walk the site, and return a written scope with real numbers — not a rough range. If the project matches your budget and timeline, we schedule it. If it doesn't, we tell you that too, before either of us spends time on it.
